Beachbums, Ocean Lovers & Thalassophiles, act on your curiosity.

Samudra Scientific Diving (SSD) is a four level learning journey to become a skilled scuba diver that can meaningfully contribute to science. Our first level starts with non-divers. To care about the marine ecosystems, diving is not a must criteria.

Through the SSD learning pathway, marine enthusiasts become citizen scientists equipped to support scientific studies, participate in expeditions, bioblitzes, build their own projects in marine habitats or volunteer with our partner conservation organisations in India and around the world.

We also offer SSI (Scuba School International) Marine Ecology & Speciality Certifications as an add-on to our courses. SSD Learning pathway is explained below.
